Since 2018, Unbound have worked on dozens of special commissions to provide theatre projects to the local community, both as dedicated productions and as part of wider live events.

We have a catalogue of shows we can bring to your venue / event, as well as being able to offer brand-new projects to suit you and your audience. The company also has a library of scripts for plays and pantomimes available to license to other theatre groups for performance.

What We Offer

We have a catalogue of productions we've worked on over the years, spanning adaptations of classic literature, brand new stories, sketch shows, non-fiction pieces, and interactive plays - all with new scripts and featuring bespoke scenery, costumes and props.

We also take on custom commissions to suit your venue / event. This might be inspired by a venue's heritage or an event's theme, or simply something that you know will appeal to your audience.

The Unbound Storytellers are a dedicated team of performers able to bring entertaining and insightful stories to any event, venue or setting.

Whether performing tales from our compendium of stories or debuting a brand new piece commissioned just for you, the Storytellers are sure to delight audience of all ages.

An Unbound History of England (Series)

Thirty-minute sketch shows offering a potted history of England. Available shows cover the Romans, Saxons, Normans, Plantagenets, Tudors, the Wars of the Roses, and the Windsors.

Professor Chronomier (Series)

These immersive, interactive walking plays feature time-traveller Professor Chronomier. Each is written to suit the chosen venue, and cover three topics: museums and collections ('Lost in Time'), the English Civil War ('March of Time') or law & order ('Laws of Time')

Captain Christmas (Series)

Two thirty-minute seasonal adventures with our festive superhero. Discover a fiendish Christmas Dinner plot in 'The Sprouts of Doom', witness a thrilling mystery in 'The Cryptic Crackers', or dare to hear 'The Curmudgeonly Carols'.

The Wind in the Willows

A rollocking thirty-minute re-telling of the timeless tale of the Riverbank in which Ratty, Badger and Mole try to stop Mr Toad's obsession with motorcars ending in disaster!

Treasure Island

A thirty-minute adventure on the high-seas, adapted from the classic novel. Jim Hawkins befriends a mysterious old sailor and finds himself flung into a whirlwind adventure on the high seas, bound for an island full of pirate treasure.

The Three Musketeers

A swashbuckling half-hour adventure with France's finest swordsmen, the plucky d'Artagnan, and the dastardly Milady de Winter, who seeks to start a war with England...
